Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range of 20-65years. 2.Patients with localized or generalized periodontitis of stage-II and stage-III with grade B as per 2017 classification will be included. 3 walled and 2 walled intrabony defects with radiologic vertical bone loss of >= 3mm at baseline and a PPD >=5mm when persistent after non-surgical therapy. 3.No medications affecting periodontal status during the previous 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled systemic diseases 2. Traumatic occlusion 3. Patients with TMJ disorders 4. Smokers 5. Pregnant and lactating women
