Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects aged 12-15 years. Subjects requiring full-mouth ultrasonic scaling procedure in a single appointment. Subjects with minimum of 20 permanent teeth. Subjects who are willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects with severe systemic illness. Subjects underwent maxillofacial surgeries in previous 6 months. Subjects under chronic medications Subjects with orofacial deformities. Subjects under orthodontic treatment. Subjects with definite contraindications for the use of the ultrasonic device Subjects with impaired hearing. Subjects with melophobia (fear of music).

| Dental anxietyTimepoint: Anxiety will be assessed at two assessments, before musical intervention and after musical intervention. Initially maxillary arch scaling will be done followed by that the child has to fill the Modified child dental anxiety scale faces version (MCDASfv) questionnaire and then musical interventions(Musical drama, Musical listening) will be provided followed by that child has to again fill the (MCDASfv) questionnaire after musical intervention, and the dental anxiety level will be assessed. | — |
