Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Apparent healthy pregnant women between 20-24 weeks of gestation willing to comply to the study protocol 2 Singleton pregnancy 3 Unassisted conception 4 Pregnant women who are not on any long-term medication/treatment for illness
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: •Hemodynamically significant heart disease •Incompetent cervix or cerclage •Preeclampsia or pregnancy-induced hypertension •Severe anemia •Women with long-term illness such as HIV, VDRL and HbSAg •Women planning to deliver outside the study site •Women participating in another physical activity program or having a high level of pregestational physical activity After recruitment •Placenta previa after 26 weeks of gestation for the current pregnancy •Persistent second- or third- trimester bleeding •Premature labor during the current pregnancy •Pre-term Pre-Ruptured membranes (pPROM)
