Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Patients scheduled to undergo elective PPPD for resectable periampullary carcinoma. -Patients with Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0â??2 -Patients providing written informed consent based on sufficient understanding of the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Patients requiring multivisceral resection. -Patients requiring vascular resection or reconstruction. -Patients scheduled to undergo laparoscopic or laparoscopy assisted PD or robotic PD. -Patients receiving neoadjuvant therapy in view of borderlineresectable or locally advanced status
