Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients aged between 25-75yrs (American society of anaesthesiologist grading I â?? III) undergoing surgery for gynaecological cancer will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients not willing to participate in the study 2.ASA > III 3.Patient underwent previous surgery except diagnostic biopsy 4.Any contraindication to use of study drug 5.Any ongoing infection in patient 6.Any other chronic inflammatory condition as RA, inflammatory bowel disease etc. 7.Secondary sepsis and/or septic shock with an underlying condition 8.Active infection such as severe peritonitis, pancreatitis, or trauma 9.Long-term ICU stay 10.Pre Existing immunodeficiency.
