Intervention1: YOGA therapy arm: Supervised yoga will be delivered. The CG will receive the standard treatment care as per the institution protocol. The YG will receive care during the whole length

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Biopsy-proven treatment-naive oral cavity SCC getting treated upfront surgery, with ECOG PS 0-2, with adequate organ function to tolerate standard treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Second Primary, Recurrent cancer.
