Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of patient 25-35years 2. ASA Grade I,II, III 3. female patient 4. Weight 40-80kg 5. Scheduled for surgery under spinalanesthesia 6. Written informed consent by patient and patientâ??srelative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. ASA Grade IV and V 3. Renal disease, Cardiac disease, Respiratory disease and psychiatric history. 4. Inability to comply with study assessment. 5. Patient on anticoagulants or having bleeding disorder. 6. Underlying other significant systemic disease.
