Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with Rhegmetogenous retinal detachment undergoing Scleral Buckling or vitrectomy combined with encircling silicone band 2) Patients willing to give consent for study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Age below 18 years 2) History of Acute Ocular trauma 3) Open globe Injury 4) Scleral Thinning 5) Patients undergoing surgery under General Anesthesia 6) History of Sleep Apnea 7) Severe Cardiac Disease 8) Uncontrolled Diabetes 9) Drug abuse or any Contraindication to local anaesthesia 10) Clotting abnormalities 11) Impaired Mental Status 12) Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease
