Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sixty adults, 30 to 60 years of age, with mechanical low back pain, with NRS pain scoreless than 5, will be included in the study. Ten healthy adults, 30 to 60 years of age, without mechanical low back pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with neurological complications, severe osteoporosis, vascular claudication, neurological deficit, history of trauma, pregnant women and people with metabolic, autoimmune, cardiopulmonary or systemic illness

MeasureTime frame
kinetics and kinematics using system, Muscle activity using surface EMG ,Oxygen Consumption, Energy Expenditure, Heart Rate, Respiratory Rate during activity and biochemical evaluation be done by antioxidant activity in saliva.Timepoint: Time point 1 : baseline (pre treatment) Time point 2 : post treatment ( after 12 weeks)
