Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: more than 18 years either gender, American Society of Anaesthesiology physical status (ASA) I ? III, undergoing CVC (IJV or SV) under USG in OT or ICU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal of consent, Contraindications of CVC, any anatomical aberration due to which CVC is not possible.
