Inclusion criteria: Patients with trochanteric fracture of femur . Patient with inter-trochanteric fracture with sub-trochanteric extensio

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Open fractures. Pure sub-trochanteric fracture femur. Patients who are medically not fit for anaesthesia or surgery.
