Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients who are willing to give written informed consent 2 Recently diagnosed patients of CVS having either gender between the ages of 18 to 35 years 3 Who used a computer for at least 4 hours each day 4 Patients who are indicated for Tarpana 5 Patients who are fit for Vasti 6 ICD10 Criteria for Visual disturbance H53point 8 a Amblyopia b Polyopia c Blurred vision

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient with Road Traffic Accident RTA or Traumatic condition 2 Patients having any fundus pathology like optic atrophy diabetic retinopathy hypertensive retinopathy or papilledema 3 Who are contraindicated for Tarpana ie Durdina cloudy Ati Ushna and Ati Sheeta Weather Chintya Stressed Ayasa Tired Bhrama Giddiness Ashantaupadrava Complications
