Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with histologically verified, non-metastatic cancer for the first time. 2.Planned for administration of Paclitaxel regimen.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.All diagnosed cases of peripheral neuropathy. 2.Participants with metastases to the central or peripheral nervous systems 3.Primary brain tumor. 4.Nerve conduction examinations, the absences of Sensory nerve action potential (SNAP) / Compound muscle action potential (CMAP) conduction were examined on the baseline study. 5.Severe Ischemic heart disease (Ejection fraction 6.Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or Asthma 7.Severe congestive cardiac failure or acute myocardial infarction less than 3 months. 8.A history of moderate to severe alcohol use disorder according to DSM – 5 criteria
