Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 The patients between the age group of 30 to 60 years in either sex presenting with clinical features of Manyastambha (Cervical Spondylosis). 2 Prediagnosed patients of Manyastambha on the basis of clinical symptoms & valid investigations. 3 Patient presented with clinical symptoms with or without radiological changes. 4 Wiling to participate and able to provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Cervical fracture and dislocation of cervical vertebrae. 2 Cervical compressive myelopathy. 3 Space occupying lesions of brain. 4 Post spinal surgical case. 5 Patients suffering from any acute diseases/any infectious disease/metabolic disease/chronic diseases (like rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, Ankylosing spondylitis). 6 Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension. 7 Pregnant or lactating women. • Patient with evidence of Malignancy.
