Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age:20-39 years. > Both genders involved. Volunteers who have no history of health issues.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of mental illnesses Subject with history of alcohol and substance abuse Female subjects during menstruation Subjects under any medications during the study Subjects with any disability and open wounds
