Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with primary open angle or closed angle glaucoma with visually significant senile cataract 2) Target IOP not achieved with maximum of 3 antiglaucoma medications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not willing to participate in the study 2. Secondary open angle glaucoma 3. Patient on anti-platelet medications 4. Patient with any bleeding diathesis
