Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All pregnant women with medical disorder: 1.Cardiac disorders 2.Thyroid disorders 3.Epilepsy 4.Asthma 5.Chronic hypertension 6.Type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus 7.Autoimmune disorders 8. Infection disease like HIV,HbSAg,Chickenpox

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy induced medical complications like(pregnancy induced hypertension and HELLP syndrome, cholestasis of pregnancy, acute fatty liver of pregnancy, gestational diabetes mellitus, Postpartum Cardiomyopathy.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To study the Clinical profile of pregnant women with medical disorders.and effect of the medical disorder on pregnancy and vice-versa.Timepoint: Pregnant women with medical disorders from antenatal till the time of delivery.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To study the feto-maternal outcomes.Timepoint: Pregnant women with medical disorders till the time of delivery and 1 month after delivery for feto-meternal outcome
