Intervention1: Group A (Long interval High intensity interval training): 15 participant Long interval High intensity interval training( total 9 exercise) duration 45 min including warmup and cooldown.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI levels : > 25 score (Asian criteria-based BMI)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any recent surgery(cardiac, pulmonary, upper, lower limb or spine) Recent Musculoskeletal injuries Involved in any other types of training Having obesity due to systemic problems Severe chronic respiratory or cardiac problems such as asthma, COPD, palpitations, Angina pectoris etc. Not willing to participate.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of different duration of high intensity interval training on cardiorespiratory fitness in obese collegiate.Timepoint: 8 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcome is further evaluate the association between BMI and different duration of HIIT.Timepoint: 8 weeks
