Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient diagnosed by orthopedic positive pinful arc of movement during shoulder flexion and abduction neers impingement test positive empty can test positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: deep open wounds and shoulder peripheral vascular disease shoulder fracture cardiac pacemaker shoulder dislocation

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
visual analogue scale the shoulder pain and disability index ROM of shoulder joint flexion and abduction and internal rotation will be taken on the 1st session and after 6 session of matrix rhythm therapyTimepoint: 4 weeks i.e 30 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
