Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nocturnal itching intense pruritis (particularly at night) 2. Burrows 3. Papules and Papulovesicles 4. Pustules 5. Lesions seen in webs of hands, wrist, ulnar aspect of forearm, elbows, axillae, foot, buttocks, palm and sole, genital area.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. More than 12 years 2. Impetigo, Furunculosis 3. Seborrheic dermatitis 4. Tinea infections 5. Secondary complications due to scabies
