Inclusion criteria: CSDH patients Age >=65 years Admitted in neurosurgical ICU

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute or subacute SDH Chronic liver disease history

To determine the predictive ability of the effect of initial GCS-P score, SHE score and fraility score (mFI-11) on outcome, assessed by Glasgow Outcome Scale Extended (GOSE), at 30 days post surgery Timepoint: outcome will be assessed at 30 days post surgery
