Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children within the age group of 2-12 years scheduled for elective surgeries requiring endotracheal tube intubation ASA – Grade I and II Duration of surgery more than 2 hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with anticipated difficult airway or syndromic association Children with recent upper respiratory tract infection ( Children with obesity (BMI >85th percentiles), Children with history of snoring, Children with reactive airway disease, Children with congenital heart disease. Children undergoing oral surgeries. Children not intubated in the first attempt
