Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients fulfilling the Diagnostic criteria for a minimum duration of 6 months 2. ED associated with or without PE 3. Willing and able to give informed consent 4. Willingness and ability to comply with study requirements
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known cases of uncontrolled DM and HTN 2. Known cases of BPH 3. Known cases of other major systematic disorders which interfere with the treatment 4. Diagnosed case of Peyronie’s disease or other anatomical defects 5. Known cases of congenital genitalia anomalies 6. Known case of STD 7. Subjects on anti-psychotics and nitrates 8. Participation of subjects in other studies or receipt of other investigational drugs within 15 days prior to baseline
