Inclusion criteria: Participants with physical (Weight-BMI) and biochemical parameters (TLC-DC-ESR profile) in concern within the normal range Participants willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with any systemic illnesses Participants classically contra-indicated for Haritaki administration K/C/O HTN
