Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for individuals with mild-moderate TBI: 1. 18 to 45 years of age of either gender 2.Should have sufficient cognitive and communicative skills Montreal cognitive Assessment Score (MoCA) will be administered to screen participants for cognitive impairments and only participants with no impairment, mild or moderate cognitive impairments based on MoCA scores will be included. 3. Individuals with a confirmed documented diagnosis of mild-moderate TBI and GCS score (mild- 13-15/ moderate-9-12) with at least 3 months post-TBI will be selected by looking retrospectively up to three years from Kasturba Hospital, Manipal database and from the Neurosurgery OPD, Kasturba Hospital. 4. Individuals who were engaged in paid employment at the time of/ before injury 5. Should be able to comprehend and converse in English or Hindi or Kannada. 6. Individuals who have the willingness to RTW but not returned to work after injury will also be included. Inclusion criteria for caregivers: 1. Should have resided with the individual during the course and recovery from injury 2. Should be able to comprehend and converse in English, Hindi or Kannada. 3. Permission obtained from the individual to contact the caregiver Inclusion criteria for employers: 1. Should have directly supervised the individual for at least 1 month 2. Should be able to comprehend and converse in English or Hindi or Kannada. 3. Permission obtained from the individual to contact the employer
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with classified co-morbid diagnoses like depression, dementia, anxiety, seizure disorder and those conditions which are not directly a result of TBI, but have the potential to influence the return to work of an individual will be excluded.
