Control Intervention1: peripheral perfusion index serum lactate: serum lactate measured from ABG every 6 hours for 48 hours in post surgical patients admitted in ICU

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consenting patients 18 years of age and above Surgical duration >= 120 min

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existing diseases affecting blood flow of upper limbs, for example, vascular thrombus in arms; Severe liver dysfunction. Non consenting patients. Demise in ICU Discharging against medical advice
