Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children from 7 years to 17 years with previous diagnosis of Asthma or if reason for hospital visit included Asthma 2. Children whose parents give consent to participate in the study and are willing for follow up 3. Patients having smartphone with good internet connectivity
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children whose parents refuse to give consent to participate in the study 2. Children with chronic conditions like chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease, congenital heart disease, rickets, diagnosed endocrinological disease, any recent surgeries or any other concomitant illness that warrants in-person visit. 3. Children with >=1 exacerbation per week 4. Children with history of exacerbation in last week requiring hospital admission
