Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Primigravida 2) Period of gestation â?? 28-40 weeks 3) Women who can read and understand English or Kannada

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Women with medical or any obstetric complications 2) High risk pregnancies such as hypertension during pregnancy, intellectual disability , disease that affects the body system, injury, fracture or any surgeries
