Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI between 25 and 40 Kgs/m² 2. Singleton pregnancy 3. Includes women who have undergone both Normal and caesarean delivery 4. Weight at enrolment that exceeded early pregnancy weight by at least 5kgs 5. Postpartum women who have attended or not attended, Yoga in antenatal class during pregnancy are chosen 6. Cell phone ownership is necessary because intervention will be given in tele yoga mode

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with self-reported major health diseases (heart, kidney diseases) 2. Women who were obese before pre pregnancy will also be excluded 3. Women with substance abuse or tobacco or alcohol consumption.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. Body Mass Index and anthropometry 2. Postpartum depression will be measured by using Edinburgh Postnatal depression scaleTimepoint: baseline and after 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Blood Lipid Profile Blood sample is drawn from the subjects at baseline and at the 12week after intervention to assess any change in cholesterol, HDL, LDL and triglycerides. 2. Body fat Percentage: - Calculating an estimate of body fat percentage using BMI method. 3. Analysing the association of eating practices in weight gain is measured by Eating Attitude Test Questionnaires. 4. Breast feeding analysis is done by Breast feeding self-efficacy scale. 5. Sleep quality during postpartum phase is measured by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. Timepoint: baseline and after 3 months
