Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Older adults aged 60 and over 2. Independent ambulators 3. Both men and women 4. Understands commands

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of diabetes >5 years 2. Lower extremity (LE) peripheral compromise 3. Neurological or psychological deficits 4. Peripheral Vascular disease 5. Anyone who in the past year had experienced a LE bone or joint injury or disease 6. Has been diagnosed by a health professional as a moderate to high fall-risk 7. Have been taking medication that affected walking and/or balance.

Multidirectional Reach TestTimepoint: Pre-fatigue (baseline) Post-fatigue (immediately after fatiguing the plantar flexors) in the same session with no time gap between fatigue exercise and measurement of multidirectional reach test.
