Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy sedentary individuals 2021 PAR Q plus individuals fulfilling exercise pre-participation health risk screening criteria Sleep score Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index less than five good quality

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with uncorrected visual acuity Individuals having fever Diagnosed neurological cardiovascular respiratory or metabolic diseases and prescribed medications for the same Diagnosed mental disorder and prescribed medications for the same Consumption of cognitive stimulants and smoking in the last 6 to 12 hours
