Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Any fracture that has not united in nine months 2.Radiligical features of non union 3.Those willing to participate 4.Patients between 20-60 years 5.Patients not willing for surgery/ BMI 6.Patients not fit for surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Infected non-unions 2.Associated head injury and spinal injury 3.Smokers and Alcoholics not willing to stop the habits 4.Patients on long term NSAIDs 5.Patients on steroids and immunosuppresors 6.Pregnant and lactating women 7.Diabetics, Renal and Hepatic failure 8.Immunodeficient patients 9.Pathological fractures 9.Associated deformities requiring surgical correction
