Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: participants presenting with any one of the symptoms (1.edema,2.pain,3.burning sensation ,4.erythema)of envenomation with a history of identified pit viper bite within 24 hours by seeing the feature of pit viper.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.snake bite other than pit viper 2.participants in unconscious state 3.cardiac arrhythmia(by assessing irregular heart rhythm ,tachycardia greater than 100bpm,bradycardia less than 60bpm) 4.dyspnoea and shock 5.pregnent women.lactating mother
