Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Healthy young adults -18-25yrs -Participants able to follow commands in English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •Participants with musculoskeletal, neurological, or vestibular pathologies •Participants with foot problems or deformities •Participants with implanted electronic devices •Participants with irritated skin or open wounds •Participants with allergies to silver •Participants with diagnosed co-morbidities like hypertension, DM, obesity (BMI >30) •History of hernia or recent surgery in the past year. •Women in antenatal or postnatal period •Women in the menstruation phase •Participants experienced in industrial material handling
