Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case Inclusion criteria: Cases are hospitalized children aged Control Inclusion criteria: Children less than 18 years belonging to the same family who are healthy and not suffering from any disease. If siblings are absent, healthy children from the neighborhood will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Case Exclusion criteria: Cases were excluded if they had been hospitalized within the previous 14 days or had resolution of lower chest wall indrawing following bronchodilator therapy (for severe cases with wheeze) or had one course of antibioticsâ??children with immune-compromised status such as HIV. Control Exclusion criteria: Children with any kind of illness or any history of antibiotics or drug intake in the last one week
