Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 50 subject with PCOS who are able to perform basic yoga exercises and postures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital adrenal hyperplasia 2. Cushing syndrome 3. HAIR-AN (hyperandrogenic-insulin resistant-acanthosis nigricans) syndrome 4. Androgen-secreting tumour 5. High dose exogenous androgen 6. Hyperprolactinaemia 7. Thyroid dysfunction

MeasureTime frame
1. To study the hormonal parameters, metabolic parameters and anthropometric measurements in PCOS pathogenesis, pre and post yoga intervention. 2. To study the effects of yoga intervention on the markers of inflammation and oxidative stress 3. To perform psychological and clinical assessments/ analysis of association among disease activity, menstrual regularity, and quality of life, the severity of depression and stress at both pre and post-yoga intervention.Timepoint: initial 0- 24 months
