Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient indicated for third molar surgery. 2. Pedersons Difficulty Index in between 5 and 6 3. Patient willing to undergo the surgery and participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients suffering from systemic diseases such as Uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled Hypertension, those on steroid therapy, with a history of chemotherapy or radiotherapy and bleeding disorders. 2.Patient with smoking habit . 3.Patients who don’t sign the consent forms for the study
