Interventions

Intervention1: clomiphene citrate , myoinositol with vitamin D3: Group 1- Myoinositol 2000mg orally once a day for 28 days,vitamin D3 1000IU orally once a day for 28 days and clomiphene citrate 100mg

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: women in age group of 20 to 35 years. diagnosed as PCOS according to Rotterdams criteria. Infertility.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: women with other causes of infertility. women who received treatment in the past 3 months

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The ovulation rate,endometrial response,follicular rupture and pregnancy rates will be assessed after giving myoinositol , vitamin D3 and clomiphene citrateTimepoint: The response will be seen after 8 days from starting drugs and will be asked to come to follow up every alternate days till 17 th day for 3 cycles
