Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. To quantify the colony forming units of P.gingivalis in coated and non-coated sutures in periodontalregenerative surgery at different time intervals. 2. To quantify colony forming units of S. aureus in coated and non-coated sutures in periodontalregenerative surgery at different time intervals. 3. To assess the healing in coated sutures in periodontal regenerative surgery at different time intervals. 4. To assess the healing in non coated sutures in periodontal regenerative surgery at different time intervals. Timepoint: 24 hours, 7 days and 14 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To compare the quantitative colony forming units of P. gingivalis and S. aureus using coated and non coated suture materials in periodontal regenerative surgery at different time intervals. 2.To compare the healing using coated and non coated suture materials in periodontal regenerative surgery at different time intervals. Timepoint: 24 hours, 7days and 14 days
