Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients in the age group of 18 - 45 years. 2.Patients with Grade II furcation defects in atleast two multirooted teeth in mandibular arch. 3.Patients with Grade II furcation defect with 1-3mm horizontal probing depth, 3-4 mm clinical attachment loss and vertical probing depth 3-4mm. 4.Patients willing to keep appointments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients on medication for systemic diseases. 2. Patients with a history of hormone replacement therapy. 3. Patients have undergone periodontal therapy last months. 4. Patients on antibiotics and Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic therapy in the last 3 months. 5. Pregnant and lactating females. 6. Patients refusing to give consent for bovine graft. 7. Patients using any form of tobacco.
