Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who has given written consent for trial. 2. patients aged between 18 to 60 years. 3. Known case of controlled Diabetes mellitus. 4. Presence of a diabetic foot Wound with classical manifestation. 5. Continuous existence of wound/lesion/ulcer For a minimum of four weeks. 6. Pre gangrenous condition and other Peripheral vascular disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age less than 18 years & above 60 years. 2. Diagnosed Wet Gangrene. 3. Uncontrolled Hypertension. 4. Known case of Tuberculosis. 5. HIV, HBsAg, VDRL positive. 6. Cardio Vascular Disease. 7. Known case of Malignancy. 8. Simultaneous participation in other interventional trial or previous participation in this trial.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. Prevent the leading symptoms to progress into wet/infectious gangrene. 2. Prevent the progression of Gangrene.Timepoint: 8 weeks including follow up

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
â?¢ To enhance the blood flow and oxygen insufficiency and promoting the quick wound/ulcer healing. â?¢ To access the rejuvenation of gangrenous tissue or skin. â?¢ To establish a peculiar comparative remark of modern â??diabetic dry gangreneâ?? to one of eight types of â??Prameha Pidikaâ?? described in classical text of Sushruta Samhita.Timepoint: 8 weeks
