Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both Genders.( Male and Female) 2- Age Groups (40-60) 3- DM type 2 diagnosed since 5 years. 4- NTSS score more than 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Any diagnosed of polyneurpathy. 2-Patient who has the history of neuropathy Due to other reasons like hereditaryâ??acquired neuropathy or gullain â?? barre syndrome. 3-Vascular deficiency 4-Any Individual who not willing to Participate. 5-Patient who has callous or any other complications in their feet.
