Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of CKD stage 3 (eGRF 30-60 ml/min) (20) with diagnosed type 2 DM and undergoing coronary angioplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Right coronary interventions 2.Acute coronary syndrome (within 3 months) 3.Emergency conditions such as hemodynamic instability, electric or mechanical complications. 4.Congestive heart failure 5.Hemoglobin level 6.Hyperkalemia (serum K+ >5.3 mEq/L) 7.Obstructive uropathy

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE To compare the proportion of patients developing CI-AKI in high risk population undergoing coronary angioplasty in control group and coronary sinus aspiration group. Timepoint: 0,1,2 and 3rd day
