Inclusion criteria: Patient diagnosed clinically with Vatakantak i.e. planter Fasciitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having uncontrolled DM & HTN Calcaneal stress fracture Patient with reffered pain due to sciatica Bleeding disorders HIV HBsAg reactive patients.
