Intervention1: triamcinolone injectable: on left side of buccal mucosa triamcinolone acetonide will be injected diluted with local anesthatic in 1:1 ratio.
Control Intervention1: injectable platelate

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient aged between 18-65 years of age 2. Patients suffering from DC/TMD diagnostic criteria for MPDS 3. Patients presenting with pain, trismus and clicking without any radiological and pathological findings.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient under the age of 18 and above 65 years 2. Patients with recent TMJ dislocation, hairy surface, radiculopathy, or other neurological deficits. 3. Patients on any medication for MPDS 4. Patients having any cardiac surgery or any other systemic illness. 5. Pregnancy or breastfeeding women 6. Patient diagnose with other orofacial pain disorders.
