Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women between ages of 18-35yrs who are in second trimester(24th / 25th week)with single live fetus without pregnancy risk, Pregnant women having consent from Gynecologist for antenatal exercise protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fetal developmental delays or anomalies,Maternal problems such as chronic diseases (hypertension, cancer, diabetes mellitus, obesity in the first trimester(Body mass Index (BMI >30),History of previous abortions,Placenta Previa,Episode of bleeding in past 1 month.
