Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing unilateral total knee arthroplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not consent Emergency surgeries Patient with infection at planned site Patients planning to receive GA BMI >35 ASA > 3 Patients with coagulopathies Allergic to bupivacaine and magnesium Patients with coexisting kidney and cardiac disease
