Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adult patients of age >= 18 years 2)Adult patients with HG relapsed/refractory NHL expected to receive salvage chemotherapy attending the Adult Haemato-oncology lymphoma Joint clinic at Tata Memorial hospital. 3) Elderly patients >= 60years newly diagnosed with HG NHL expected to receive appropriate Chemotherapy/radiotherapy attending the Adult Haemato-oncology lymphoma Joint clinic at Tata Memorial hospital. 4)Patient has been informed of the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the disease. 5)Able to communicate in English/Marathi/Hindi/Bengali 6)Performance score of 7)Able to give a written informed consent

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients who are planned for best supportive care alone

To evaluate the effectiveness of early integration of Palliative care in adult patients with HG relapsed/refractory NHL and elderly with newly diagnosed HG NHL by measuring the change in the quality of life using the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy Lymphoma (FACT-Lym) scale and subscales at T1 and T2 when compared to T0. Timepoint: Baseline Day 10 Day 40
