Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with Chronic Anal Fissure( >= 6 weeks of duration) 2) Age 20-60years. 3) Failed conservative management. (Not responded to conservative management of chronic anal fissure for >= 6weeks)
