Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The subjects with classical signs and symptoms of Cervical spondylosis(Manyastambh) 2.Subjects fit and willing for Punnagadi Patra Potali Swedana,Agnikarma and Standered controlled drug.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy and lactating mother. 2.Subject with other systemic disorders that interfere in the line of treatment. 3.Subjects with Congenital deformity, Traumatic injuries, Cervical stenosis, cervical myelopathy, Ankylosing spondylitis, Infections of bone and Gross bony deformity.

Improvement will be assessed on the basis of Subjective parameters- 1.Ruja (pain) in Manyapradesha 2.Stambha (Stiffness) in Manyapradesha 3.Daurbalya (Weakness) 4.Bhrama (Vertigo) 5.Shirograha (Stiffness of head) Onjective parameters-by Range of neck movements(Flexion, extention, Lateral bending, Rotation )and Neck Disability IndexTimepoint: Improvement will be assessed on the basis of 1.Subjective Parameters-1, and 30 day 2.Objective Parameters-1 and 30 Day
